Mr. James Earl Ingram, age 89, of Elizabeth City, North Carolina transitioned peacefully on February 25, 2026. A Former U.S. Air Force Veteran. There will be Military Honors, and burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio on Wednesday March 18, 2026
