Anthony “Rick” Ricardo Lanier Sr., age 66, transitioned into eternal life on Monday, July 6, 2026, in Cleveland, Ohio.

Born on November 8, 1959, in New Haven, Connecticut, Rick spent much of his life traveling between Connecticut and Ohio, where he built lasting relationships and was loved by many. He had a true passion for driving and loved automobiles, especially his favorite brand, Lexus.

Rick proudly served his country in the United States Army, completing four years of active-duty service. He was deeply honored to be a military veteran and carried that pride throughout his life.

Rick leaves behind a host of loving family members and dear friends who will cherish his memory forever. He was deeply loved by those whose lives he touched in both Connecticut and Ohio, and his presence will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
